Shipping policy

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and such delays are not reason for return or refund.

If your order is returned to us due to non-payment of such charges we will refund your payment minus costs incurred by us, i.e. cost of shipping and return shipping, with the exception of custom products as per our returns policy.
